GET ON BOARD WITH TEAM COMPOSITES AND GROUPS
TEAM AND GROUP COMPOSITES!
Take your team, office or company to the next level. If you’re a business, co-owner or a member of a professional group, you understand that having a group picture is important for showing potential clients the people behind your company. What you may not know is how difficult it can be to get that perfect image of everyone. The more people you add to the photo, the more likely something will go awry. One person may have blinked at the wrong moment, another may not have been ready and forgot to smile, one person may not even be able to make the group photograph! If the group changes and someone leaves the company or someone new comes, what do you do!? You have to retake the group photograph all over again. Do not fret! I’ve got you covered!
Group compositing allows me to handle all the fore-mentioned problems and still get you together as a complete office group. No one would ever know if someone was not there! Each of the individuals in the image above was created separately and at different times. The possibilities are endless (i.e., backgrounds, positioning,
design)! If you prefer formal, cool! We can do a more formal background. We may be able to insert your image into your office environment, if the office setup permits us to do so.
Group compositing is beneficial because each individual can schedule to have their portrait taken at a time that is convenient for them. Even if everyone is available and present at the same time, this still works; giving you many possibilities. This works for group sizes of 2, 3, 15 or 20 people! Let’s get’em together! If you would prefer to have your office photographed the standard way (with everyone being present), not a problem. Ask us about photographing any of your groups!

Allow me to photograph you either in your office, or I can add your office or any other scene you desire. The possibilities are endless! I can even add your company logo, for more creativity, or create one, as I did for this image.

What should I wear?
The idea of a business portrait or head shot is exciting, but the wrong attire could mean disaster. Though we have a few guidelines, please don’t feel boxed in, so relax and dress how you feel comfortable. This is what we feel makes the best portrait.
Dress as though you were making a presentation to your most important prospective client or speaking in front of thousands. Remember, it’s that first impression that counts. Wear a jacket or outfit of solid color in a medium or darker shade. Lighter colors and patterned clothing may be your favorite, but these are distracting in a photograph. Only wear lighter colors underneath a jacket/blazer. Classic styles are best. Please dress from head-to-toe, including heels or shoes, even though we may only be doing a headshot. This makes you feel more confident.
- For Women
-
Nice, deep vibrant colors work great. Good color combinations are blacks, blues, reds, cranberry, darker grays. Browns are somewhat dead. Jackets are great as well. Please, as much as possible, stick to solid colors or minimal patterns. Pin-stripe suits are acceptable. Other colors are red, blue, royal blues, orange or orange bronze, green, sand and purple. You may dress according to your personal business style if you like.
- For Men
-
Nice medium to dark suit or jacket. Shirt should probably be white or light blue underneath.
Ties or open collars work great.

3 biggest reasons why folks put off doing their business portrait
#1-Headshots are not very important: Taking the initiative to get your professional headshot is an integral step for your business, and your career! Nowadays, it’s more important than ever to establish your online presence, whether on social media or your company website. Additionally, a professional headshot provides visual currency for your prospective clients or job leads – it shows them the face of your business and who you are as an individual.
#2-I don’t like having my photograph taken: Not sure what clothes will make you look best? Have no fear! Thanks to thorough planning, We will help you coordinate everything down to the smallest detail…even your shoes! Worried you’ll look stiff or unnatural? We will guide you during the entire photography session: how to smile, what to do with your hands, and what angles flatter you the most.
#3-What if I don’t like the photographs? I guarantee you’re going to be thrilled with your new portraits; not just satisfied – THRILLED! If you’re not thrilled, we’ll do everything possible to make you thrilled, and if for some reason we can’t, there would be no charge...GUARANTEED!
What’s the Cost? Or think of it as your very small investment into yourself, office or company. A professional business portrait is essential. Smart people are investing in something that will make a difference in their lives. Our standard business portrait session is only $195. This gives you a great web size file for your company’s website, with light retouching, 1 outfit, unlimited usage rights, 100% satisfaction guarantee. No fine print here. If you don’t love it you don’t pay for it.
